Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First came a pop-up message: We had won a free holiday in Florida. Where this advertisment came from or which adware it is driven by I do not know. Is that legal at all? According to european law, it is not.

However, we reflected on it - stupid thing to do.

The contact turned out that the first lie is based on the fact that we did not capture a copy of the advertisement. However, I have tracked a similar one. Thus we have a proof that the advertisment tells that we actually did win something.

Next, by contact we were told that the offer should be something else: Hotel reservations for four people at a low price (900 $) for 11 nights and reduced prices on other issues: Car rental, Bahama Cruise, Disney Land Trip and so forth.

The salesmen were very aggressive and I allowed them to draw 898 $ which they did.

14 days later we got mail. New conditions: We had to listen to some salesmen trying to persuade us to by a timeshare flat in Orlando in the first jetlag day in the states.

Scepticism grew. Our family decided to accept the conditions but just to change some conditions. According to flight pricing, we would ask for going to Miami/ Ft lauderdale before the stay in Orlando. First they told us we could not open the vancances in Ft Lauderdale. I tried to press them and got an email confirming change of conditions. I sent en my vouchers. Two hours later I got a new email denying that we could start i Ft. Lauderdale.

I wrote an email arguing that according to international law they had already accepted my bid and could not change the conditions. They accepted that.

I do not know if the names are changing. But the persons I have talked with: Erika Smith, then Tara Fruhmorgen - all have left the firm after one week.

This was mid february. Since nothing happened. We got no confirmations at all. Now we could register that flight prices steadily went upwards.

Then, I got a telephone confirmation (all talks actually are paid by me, they never call back) that now they would send the confirmations plus an email so we could book the flights. It would take just 48 hours. 100 hours went and I called them again.

Now they told that they had to fire the bad personal who had been there before so they had some mess. They would call me again which thy as usual did not. They promised to send the confirmations within one hour. Which they actually did not.

I hope to get my money back. I do believe that the persons arguing that they got there money back are just friends of this firm.

Is such a behaviour legal in the States - Gods own country?
