All State Van Lines Relocation picked up my furnishings and other belongs on February 21, 2015.  My delivery date range was was March 1-10, 2015.  

This id a cross country move from California to Florida.  I've paid almost $2,000 as a deposit.  I have not received my things as of this date, March 23rd.  I have been sleeping on the floor at 63 years old, with back problems, for which I see a pain specialist.  My clothes, shoes, personal files, groceries, pots ano pans - everything was put on this truck.  I've had to buy clothes, shoes and eat out every day, extra expenses.  

I've been given various dates of delivery, all after he delivers three loads this day, or that day.  What happened to my load? Today the rep advised that my furniture would be delivered and full payment of $2954.00 is expected at delivery.  What?! Full payment?  I was told that I would be compensated due to the delay in earlier conversations.  Needless to say, after sleeping on the floor all this time, my back pain has been exacerbated. 

Can you help me?  I want an understanding of my rights and options before delivery.  This is so unjust and unfair.  I certainly believe that the deposit that I've already paid should be considered paymeny in full!
