On Nov 27,2015 I saw an Ad for a black Friday Deal For All State Van Lines Relocation, INC. I call them and they came on Nov 30,2015 and pick up my 62 boxes and furniture. When they first came in and saw my expensive furniture they added on 5 more pieces that I didn't have, they stated that these pieces were not added but they were.

They gave me which was best price storgage & moving a window of Dec 2-10 for my furniture to be deliver in Texas but said that it could be deliver before the 10th. I call everyday and was told that they didn't have a driver to come to Texas. So my furniture sat at Best Price in Chicago for 16 days, while it only took me 1 day to drive to texas.

On Friday Dec 11 2015 I got a call from Mary at Best Price stating that my furniture has been loaded on the ruck thaat day and if i didn't hear from the briver by the 15th to call her, the morning of the 15th the driver call to state he would be my way on the 16th, mind you they were 6 days late. Well he came at 4 pm Wed 16th. I had to pay first before they would even take the furniture off or for me to see it.

It was a horror show, my boxes had been open and items taken out, furniture broken up, they gave me boxes that was not mine and I gave them back, some of my furniture destoryed, many of my boxes I never receive, I had laptop stolen, a galaxy note 5 phone, roaster, dishes, glasses from Lebanese, so many things were taken and they things were between clothes and books. So they open my boxes and dug and taken out just what they wanted.

They charge me for an extra bedroom set, I took pictures of everything you should see the horror. What I can't understand is why with all the complaints why they are not out of business, and why haven't they been sued. That is just what my plans is to sue the pant off of them, a woman as myself in her late sixty can not afford to or can find the item I brought that took me a life time.

And in 16 days my stuff was stolen and broken up. All State Told me they would give me 400.00 dollars that the 60cent per load which is guessmated and I had 30 days to reply or it would become voided. Can you believe that. You all need to do something about them, and I'm going to do whatever it take to get what I have coming to me, 400.00 for 80,000.00 worth of merchandise.
