I was looking for a TV repair for my Samsung that kept switching on and off, I sent my information to Homeguide.com who are supposed to give you a choice of local trusted and experienced services, they sent 2 profiles to me, 'Top Line TV Repair' and 'All Television Repair'. Even though I specified Email contact only I started getting phone calls instantly from both companies, I chose 'All Television Repair' who on their description have 4 employees.

Later that morning a repair man came who looked at my TV and told me he needed $200 cash for a new motherboard and the total would be $445 when finished, I gave him the deposit and he returned 2 days later with a new part, It didn't work. He then said the part was faulty and came back the next day with another mother board, it didn't work.

Then he said he'd made a mistake and that it needed a power board, he jiggled around with some wires and the TV started working again, "There, it's fixed, but I'm going to get you that board anyway and come back in a few days, I guarantee all my work for 2 years", he then wanted the rest of the money with the promise he would be back in a few days. Like a fool I gave it to him as he was very friendly and I tend to trust people too much.

When I called him he didn't return my calls so I called him from a different phone and he got right back to me thinking I was another potential victim, "Oh, it's you, don't worry I'll be there Tuesday".

I then started to look at the other company that was recommended, the phone number was different but through some further investigation found that it was the same person, Randolph Kyte using false profile pictures and false web site addresses, he even used a picture of a TV service center in Alabama as his profile picture. there is only 1 employee, him!

Further investigation took me to a google review of 'All Television and Appliance Repair', 1 star reviews all around from people who he had scammed money from, and again using stolen profile pictures false names etc, one of his alias' is Mike William who gets a 5 star review from guess who?...Randolph Kyte
