Estate Synergy Took my money and never delivered on the branded marketing or leads they promised to deliver Internet
I am a realtor in Westchester County, NY and in the real estate industry, there are many different lead generation services out there. I was contacted by Estate Synergy in March of 2023, regarding their leads, which were supposed to be acquired through people holding estate sales. This was a new way to get leads and I was intrigued by it, so I paid them $3,150. and then never received a lead – not one of them. I also never received a copy of my “branded marketing” that they supposedly created for me. I have copies of every text and email between us, going back to March of 2023. I hounded them constantly, asking for a copy of the marketing, for an update on my account, for anything showing me that they were actively working on getting me leads.
Every time I received a response from them – and that wasn’t very often – it was to tell me that they were working on it and would get back to me shortly, or that someone from a different department would get back to me – they never did – or that they had a ton of people out sick and would get back to me shortly – they never did. I never received anything from them other than bogus responses stating that someone would get back to me, but they never did.
Jessica Henderson always signed the emails, but I have never actually spoken with her although I have tried calling her, but the number and their website is “temporarily unavailable.”
This company is a total fraud and needs to be shut down immediately, before other realtors fall prey to their BS.
Is there anyway to help me get my $3,150. back?
