Just to update you guys on my case. I went through the BBB Online.Orf and filed my complaint on December 14, 2006. The BBB responded back to me December 15, 2006 and stated that they had received my complaint and had assigned it a case number. The BBB process is as followed. The case was reviewed by a complaint specialist and inturn forwarded it to AllTheHotKicks for a response. AllTheHotKicks had 10 days to respond to the complaint. On Jan 1, 2007, AllTheHotKicks responded back to the BBB with a statement, stating "A refund for this order has been issued and mailed. Then the BBB forwarded the response to me and I had the option of accepting the response or not. I accepted the response with a statement stating "All I want is my money back and I hope they are sincere about returning all my money back to me. That was all I wanted was my money back. The BBB has a complaint system to keep up with the progress of your complaint. Just keep your complaint number and check back, with the progress. Don't let AllTheHotKicks get away with your money.
