Athene sold my policy to a bad company, and now no one can find my money or policy.
I'm sure someone can, but I can't go online to Alliance One because security threats at that site block me from going there ["Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.allianceoneinc.com (for example, passwords, messages, or creditcards) .NET::ERR_CERT_ WEAK_ SIGNATURE_ALGORITHM"] and when I call the outgoing message says, in brief, "due to our 'recent mailing', so call volume is high.." and no one ever picks up. Also, why am I calling a collection agency when I want to access my own policy/money, in fact I am simply trying to find out why my annual premium bill didn't come?
No annual premium bill, no one answers the phone, I didn't get any 'recent mailing', can't safely access online...what happened? Policy was through Aviva, then Athene, and now a collection agency, Alliance One?? I've moved, how can I tell them that? I got married! How can I tell them that? I've had this policy for 25 years. I want to pay my premium. I want to know where my money is and how to access it.
