Allied Barton Security Co-San Antonio, Allied sells employee down the river San Antonio, Texas
Allied Barton has several financial institution accounts in San Antonio. At one account where a downtown bank was involved, one of AB's Security Officer was charged with the task of monitoring employee parking. Whenever a car is parked in the bank lot that does not have a bank parking permit hanging from the mirror, the guard on duty is required to place a warning note on the windshield. This one Officer did his duty and "tagged" one such motorist. When the motorist returned to his auto at the end of the day and found the tag, he immediately went to the Officer on duty and litteraly wadded the paper up and threw it at the Officer. Naturally the Officer was a little put out but just settled for warning the offender. He was turned in by the employee for being disrespectful and was called to a conference with the on-site Supervisor and the head of bank security. He was warned to keep a low profile and avoid the employee if at all possible (which he did). The offended employee didn't stop at that and actually stalked the Officer. He would drive around during the day to the various bank parking lots and when he saw that Officer, he would manufacture more false complaints.
Rather than bank deal with the employee for breaking the rules, Allied Barton promptly transferred that particular Officer to another account. One that paid less and was not a particular preferred spot.
Allied Barton treats its employees as though they should be grateful to have a job and don't even get me started on their pitiful benefits! From what I have seen, it is the supervisors that should be grateful to have a job.
