Allstate Imaging , Multiple Ripoffs, extremely high shipping, lies, forces shipments and they are relentless Chatsworth California
They call to ask you to try their ink cartridges explaining how they last longer than the manufacturers. (Not sure they do last longer) They then ship you one for trial to be paid in 30 days after testing. They don't give you time to test before calling you to harass you for payment and will keep calling to harass you about payment.
When you send payment, they immediately upon receiving it have another saleperson call to ask when you want the 2 others sent. I didn't order any others I only ordered 1. They claim that is not true, that they always ship 3 packs. They lie.
But I said fine, send the others (mistake).
I get a call the next day to confirm the order.They were charging me nearly $100 in shipping for 2 cartridges!! That brings the price up to $300 per cartridge from $245.99. I asked to speak to a manger, there was none. I then told my story, but they didn't want to hear it, got nasty, and said it was up to the salesperson to call me back and hung up on me.
Unfortunately, I dealt with a similar issue over a year ago with these guys, they got me to order one on trial, then said I ordered 2. I thought maybe I made the mistake so I took the second at the time and never ordered again telling them I didn't want any more and to stop sending and calling. They did for a few months, then called again. Eventually I gave in and ordered this other one. When the same type of thing happened (this time, they said 3 not 2) I knew they were lying because I watched out for it this time and specifically asked if I only needed one.
So they lie, rip you off on price, quality, and astronomical shipping charges. Do not even talk to this company. Do not try the trial.
In my investigation, it turns out they were raided back in 2000 for illegal copies of cartridges stating manufacturer new cartridges. I don't know how they are still in business.
