We have a shopping center that insured with Allstate Insurance.  In September of 2014, the a/c cooper pipes from the roof of the building were stolen and vandalized.  A/c units and electrical wiring were damaged.  Water running everywhere and went inside of the stores, ruin insulation, ceiling tiles, lights and merchandise.   We have to call constractors for emergency service.   After we filed a claim, Allstate adjuster Bernadetle Ward in Dallas informed me that my policy does not cover vandalism and thief, it will cover the resulting damages.  We were shock and dismay, then contact my agent immediately because this was not told when purchased the policy, but the agent no longer work there.   The damage invoice was $8004.32, but Allstate  adjuster Bernadetle Ward only pay $1962,29, after my deductible, the check is $962.29 and dragging for month.   Allstate did not paid for the stolen cooper wire and only pay a portion of the damages resulting from it.   We spoke to her supervisor Kristina Harbster and she is worse.   We also purchase home and cars insurance from Allstate years and did not have any claim.  This cut our trust completely.   Allstate did not pay claim well and did not handle claim in a timely manner.   We are not in a good hand obvious.
