allstate vending company robert gill sold us vending machines that were not remanufactured as said.lied that if not satisfied would refund.everything he said was a lie. las,vegas, Nevada
allstate vending misleads customers that his vending machines are remanufactured machines,when they are used machines. they are put on site in not working condition. robert gill owner of allstate vending does not stand by his word. he show you a place that you could not refuse and tells you all the money you can make,than he takes your money and before he even puts the first machine in he pushes you to buy another machine,and than he still pushes you to another machine and offers you yet another place,but still no machines are put in yet still pushing for another machine.
by the third machine hes pushing you to yet still by another and if you buy four he will give you the fifth one free.at three machines we realized that he was lieing to us,we were new to this we believed him. the machine never went in were we original picked ,we excepted another place just to get are machines some were,by now we were very frustrated.it is obvious this man is conning people and scamming people and been getting away with it.i can not believe he has been getting away with this all these years he has been in business.he promised my brother a refund if he was not satisfied,that to try it. if you dont like it i will refund you of course another lie.when my brother asked him his words were sue me.he needs to be stopped from doing what he does to innocent people that are trying to be honest and start a honest business.

My name Is Robert Giel, owner of Allstate Vending Company. The complaint filed against my company is malicious and totally untrue. The complaintant said I sold her used machines when infact they are refurbished as per contract. The machines supplies had a 100 percent warranty on all parts. We serviced her machines and put them on location in good working order. Her brother was told not wear a bandana and hobo looking clothes when servicing their machines. He was also told not to put flyers on others people property, which he did. He left flyers on the ground and cars of an adjacent parking lot causing the business owners to site him for trespassing. Because of these actions he was asked to remove his machines from the property. I offered him replacement accounts and trucks to move the the machine at a nominal cost, which he refused. Her brother lost these accounts despite numerous discussions with him not to act illegally. We strive to satisfy all of our customers but when they refuse to cooperater and lose accounts ther is not much we can do.
