Call Alltel repeatedly about the problem you are facing and the calls for the Salvation Army. My mother went through the same thing,(only difference is that she is a minister in the Salvation Army) the home she moved to had been unoccupied by a SA officer for about 6 months, so they changed the number over to their account so that when they moved an officer in they would have phone service. She immediately called to change the phone bill into her own name, and a residential account. We didn't learn until Feb of the next year. (She moved in in July.) That she was being billed business account rates. (My husband was in Germany and she was supposed to have the residential rate due to the plan that she had of 10 cents a minute, they were charging her about 3 dollars a minute.) She called continually. And got her bill credited for the amounts that she had overpaid. As for the calls, we got those too. Even after it wasn't listed in the phone book it was still listed on 411 for some reason. Here's a number that could probably help you with most of the calls 1-800-95-Truck. I hope that this has helped you.
