AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, I WAS PURCHASING MY HUSBAND A PAIR OF JORDAN'S DURING THE MTH BEFORE CHRISTMAS (NOV. 2005)... I WAITED, CHRISTMAS HAD PASSED AND THERE WERE NO SHOES.... I MADE UP IN MY MIND THAT I WOULD JUST PUSH THE GIFT FOR HIS BIRTHDAY (JAN. 2007), THEREFORE I CONTACTED THE COMPANY (BY EMAIL ONLY) TO FIND OUT WHY THE SYSTEM STILL SHOWED A "PENDING PAYMENT." THIS WAS WEIRD BEING THAT 2 MTHS PRIOR I HAD SENT THE MONEY ORDER TO $100.00. THEY EMAILED ME AND STATED THAT IT WOULD BE UPDATED ...

THAT MTH, JAN 07, THE SYSTEM WAS UPDATED FROM PENDING PAYMENT TO PAYMENT RECEIVED... THE SITE GIVES A TIME PERIOD CONCERNING THE AMOUNT OF TIME DESIGNATED FOR A TRACKING NUMBER AND SHIPPING ESTIMATES.

WELL, TO THIS DAY I IT HAS BEEN 4 MTHS AND I HAVE MADE A PURCHASE FOR A SHOE WITHOUT THE MURCHANDISE, WHICH ISN'T FAIR. WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THIS? I THOUGHT THAT I WAS THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL "RIPPED-OFF" BY THIS COMPANY, BUT AS I READ I'M NOT..... MY ONLY WISE IS THAT I WOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THE COMPANY PRIOR TO ORDERING AND SENDING FUNDS. CAN FOLKS GET AWAY WITH THIS?

DURING THE PROCESS, I'VE ONLY RECEIVED ONE EMAIL WHICH CONCERNED THE PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED. THEREAFTER I'VE SENT AN EMAIL CONSISTENTLY EVERY DAY IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO BUILD MY CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND I HOPE THAT I'VE SAVED YOU FROM BEING RIPPED BY A NON-LEGIT COMPANY PERPETRATOR.
