I am concerned about the livelihood of Americans with these scammers. My mom bought the Allumiere serum. Luckily, I visited her and she expressed that she saw a pending charge of $98.41 on her credit card that she did not authorize. Upon investigating, there were two previous charges with a phone number from the same company. When I called the number on 1/21, I was told that my mom authorized those two charges on 1/6 as shipping charges for the free 14 day trial for the serum indicated below.
I asked the representative I spoke with, Lance, to cancel the subscription and he said he could not cancel the charges but gave me two options. One option was a 70% refund of $68.88 without returning the product and the next option was to return the product paying the shipping and handling with a refund of $78.46. Now, this representative was very trained into scamming people as he remained very calm when he spoke. He said that the name of the company was Spit Shoot LLC and his name was Lance and that the company was based in Clear Water, FL.
After extensive research, there was no such company. It seems that they operated off several different names as they usually get bad reviews so Spit Shoot, Allumiere and Unbridled Youths LLC are one of the same. My point is that they are offering a 14 days free trial period and then if you try to return the product they still want to bill you for the product but if you insist they tell you that you will lose a portion of the cost of the product. What is even worse is they do not even try to send return information. This is an unfair business practice. This company needs to be shut down and America needs to be aware of them. It is my prerogative to let people be aware of Allumiere and its unfair practices.
