Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My mom has a 2011 buick regal.payments were fine and if she was late gmac worked with her.she has dealt with biggs on hwy 17 south for yrs.when ally took over thats when things got ugly.just because she was behind in a payment, they used home detective company and repoed her car. they asked for 2,201.75 that included late fees and 350.00 for them to tow hercar.the car was at ocean hwy south of hertford and tnen they took it to greensboro wanting to auction the car off on dec 6. they were ally customer service reps were rude and nasty.not only that had to call several numbers to exactly locate the car knowing  where it was all along. we paid that bill leaving my mom without monies this month cuz of them.she is 79. they lied and now the car is to be sold for auction and cannot get it back.

Many times it is the company that is violating the contract and adding illegal fees because they know they can get away with it.  This is the same company that had a manager under oath who admitted to robo signing thousands of false affidavits a day.   If you want to joing a group of people trying to do something about it, please sign the petition at chn.ge/1iz3BwV .

If your mother doesn't want to deal with BILL COLLECTORS and repo's, then she needs to pay her bills on time.  Neither her, you or me are ENTITLED to a car while breaking the contract we agreed to the terms therein.  No...I don't work for them.

- NO if your mom was late then the payments were NOT fine.  As for them working with her, you failed to give any details.  Such as how late was she and exactly how did they "work" with her?  But guess what...in reality that doesn't matter anyways because no company is required to "work" with anyone.

However, what we do know is that she has over $2200 in "late fees" and repo fees.  With lack of any details we can perhaps figure that amount included past due payments as well.  If so that would mean she was at least 3 but perhaps even up to 5 months delinquent.   You will be hard pressed to find any finance company that lets you get 3 months behind without taking action such as reposessing the car.

Then let us not forget that she only has a 2011 car.  With this being 2013 that means that she has only had the car at most 3  years.  So with the way this report was written it sounds like she has actually been delinquent more than she has been on-time, and Ally knows her history with GMAC.  So in seeing this history and felt like they needed to reposess their car(yes it is their car).

Oh by the way where is your proof that people are leaving dealerships because of Ally?
