Alperstein, Simon & Farkas lawfirm "Victory Consultants" Arthur and Kay Cappilla court appointed trustees. These people have what is left of my million child sex abuse case. They refuse to pay my med bills, left me sleeping in my car w persistant stalking, surveillence, theft and vandalism, many pd reports made, stollen mail, bank lock boxe and storage units broken into, refuse to give my money to me to pay medical bills for cancer, north hollywood, California
Probate case la superior court #BP091696. Lawsuit settlement for child rape went ibnto trust. Defendent Jeri Taylor (hollywwood producer) still manages the trust through trustees stan mandell and arthur cappilla. Trust is an acrimonious/revenge trust, carried out to harrass me until I dye. Trust since 2004, trustee prevented me from getting medical care for years, I now have late stage cancer, Simon, Taylor, and mandell and Cappilla left me sleeping in my car with no money. I had to sell car. I am homeless, these fiduciaries have violated all ethics, refuse to pay medical bills-credit wrecked. Dr, Joseph Haraszti MD of las encinas hospital "masterminded" the trust in accordance with my father's accountant Steve Coyne. Father d**k Enberg and 2nd wife Barbara met with haraszti to eliminate me, as part of an estate management problem (stepchild problem concerns). Mother Jeri Taylor went to father's accountant for an attorney-Mr. David Wintraub century city. Twic poisoned by father's employees (5/07) and (11/27/12). I have to move every 2 days due to the perpetual harassment, and I cannot get money for palliative care for my cancer.
