Alpha Warranty Alpha Warranty - Does Not Honor Its Warranty - Expects Customer to Pay for Diagnostic Riverton Nationwide
Over almost two months, I have had several frustrating telephone conversations regarding the repairs needed to my 2002 Land Rover Discovery, and Alpha Warranty's failure to honor their warranty by pre-assuming a cause that would enable them to deny the claim. Alpha Warranty has refused to cover the repair on my car. They won't even pay the diagnostic cost to determine the damage. I bought the highest coverage they offer and paid $1700! Now I havr a car payment of $300 and no car!
