Another report said there was a minidialer installed by Alyon on our computers. I went to internet options(from tools/options or from the control panel) and sure enought the was a minidialer next to my ISP dialer. I highlighted it and clicked on remove. Want to know More" Before I removed it I tried to find its properties and nothing but I did recored a user name of the dialer which has sex something in it. I then went to my recycle bin and looked at the properties of some Icons I suspected Alyon had downloaded on my computer. I clicked on properties and there was afile name similar to the user name on the minidialer. The file name ythat referred to an egroups folder in my windows folder. You are not supposed to go into the windows folder but I have in the past. I opened the egroups fpolder and there was a file with a name similar to the minidialer user name and the file name on the Icon I suspected that Alyon downloaded. I opened the folder and there were several files that refered to a dialer. One of the files had a Alyon logo on it! I deleted all the folders in the egroups folder as it looked like one of the files would reinstall the minidialer and generate more calls to Alyon. If you do not get this stuff off your computer the mninidialer could come back. Now all this may seem complex to some but it I can figure it out you can too!

In November 2002 the United District Court for Southern New York Issued Peermanent Injunction Agains Verity International et alnon behalf of the FTC for doing what appears to be the same thing ALYON is doing. It looks like the Federal Trade Commission did act fairly quickly after getting a flood of complaints. That means they will not act against ALYON unless they get a flood of complaints. Please take the time to go to the www.ftc.gov website and fill out and submit an online complaint form. Since action against another company is fresh in their minds this is in my opinion the fastest way to shut ALYON down. LET'S WORK TOGETHER AND SHUT ALYON DOWN!

People please file complaints to get Alyon closed down. Today I filed complaints online with the FTC, Florida Department of Consumer Affairs and the FBI internet fraud people. Use Google to find the sebgsite they com up at the top of a search. You have to act by filing a complaint to get the machinery of government rolling. Another recent message said they called the FTC and they had received no complaints. Well you have to complain or they will have no complaints! They at least have one mine! But if they get 100's they can't ignore the problem. Please take the time to file a complaint. If your bill from Alyon doesn't get resolved or paid and you try to close on a loan the lender will refuse to close until you clear the bill which will then be in collection. I know been there done that.
