In October 2002 I received an offer from america online for a 2 mo free service, which included nov. & dec. I cancelled the beginning of december, and the end of the mo. was billed for 1 mo.

They stated they couldn't refund my money but would give me 4 mos free, and the person I spoke to said if you want to cancel make sure you do so before the end of April. The end of march i signed up for dsl, and called aol to cancel, where they stated they had already billed me 1 mo.

I explained what I was told they said they could not credit me but would give me a free mo. What is with this company now because I had it billed to my phone bill in the 1st place, every month they keep billing me on my phone bill? Help they're ripping me off as well as several others from all the complaints i have seen online Help
