Complaint Review: American Cash Rewards Company - Kinder Louisiana

American Cash Rewards Comapany is a totally scam. I just recently found this out. A man named James Martin called my cell phone saying that I was the lucky winner of 2.5 million dollars along with 3 years of free gas from any gas station of choice, 3 years free insurace from Gigco Auto Insurance, 3 years of free utilities and I would also would be receiving a 2015 skyblue bmw drop top.  James Martin told me all i would have to do is send Wesley Lewin 150 dollars and that day i would see a flatbed truck pulling up with the bmw and  ups truck with him in it along with my prizes. So i took a chance and went to walmart and sent Wesley Lewin 150 dollars by money gram. Later that same day James Martin called saying that i needed to send more money. I told him that i didnt have that kind of money to send, so the James Martin told me that he would be sending a chack for 2500 dollars. I would recieve this check in 2-3 business days. I didnt believe that the check would come through, i went to check my mail and there was a check for 2500 dollars. James Martin called only a few minutes later, I told him that I was my way to town to cash the check. Come to find out i couldnt cash the check that day i had to wait 24 hours to make sure the check was good. So the next morning I called my bank and they told me that the check had went through and i could draw the money out of my account. As i was headed to town James Martin called and I told him that i was headed to the bank. he then told me to get the money out and wait for his call. I did just that. When he finally called me back i asked several times, once i send this money off i would receive everything that day. He replied yes, everything would be delievered to my house that same day and that i was going to be shining like a president in my residence. He kept telling me that over and over along with God has given you a huge blessing. I truely thought that everything was real and that i coulod give my family a better home and we could finally stop struggling. I was also planning to help my local church and very close friends that are struggliong as well. James told me to go to walmart and Money gram 1000 dollars to Dolores Nicholson in Blackfoot, ID.  Then go to a western union and send 1000 dollars to Chantay Malcolm in Jamaica, Jamaica. Once all this was said and done I asked what was next. James Martim begin to tell me that I needed to go and wait on my prizes to be delieverd that day. I asked around what time would they be there? He replied telling me that it would be around 3pm. So i went home and told my husband everything. We still couldnt beleive that it was true but everything seem to be falling into place like James Martin had told us. So we waited passionately. At 4:30pm my cell phone rang and it was James Martin, wanting us to send more money. James Martin wanted me to take the last 400 dollars and send it Wesley Lewin in Oakbell, Louisiana, where i had sent two other money grams. My husband and I began to catch on very quickly and started to question him about everything. James Martin was quick to cut you when you were in a middle of speaking. I kept trying to tell him that he was lying and scaming us for money that we didnt have and that we are poor ppl that barely make ends meet. James Martin kept saying that the money was refundable to us when we got our winnings that it would all be worth it. My husband finally told James Martin that his scam was over and hung the phone up in his face. James Martin kept calling and calling my cell phone for days. Until one day my husband had had enough. My husband answered the phone and told James Martin to stop calling bc we were done and he wasnt going to get another peeny from us. James Martin finally stopped calling. A few days later i was checking to see if my pay had hit my bank and there is big red numbers it said that i was in the red. My account has never been in the red before, I called my bank and questioned them about this. The bank told me that it was because of the 2500 dollar check, it went through then someone stopped it. I had kept everything from dealing with James Matin and American Cash Rewards Company including all the numbers. I called James Martin and told that my account was the red and he better get out of the red and fast. James Martin told me that he would make everything right, but I dont believe that at all. This man James Martin and this Comapany American Cash Rewards Company has taken a lot from me and my family. I just want justice for their actions.
