AMERICAN CIRCULATION ENTERPRISES, INC takes your money, but gives you the run around. Michigan City, Indiana
Had a rep knock on my door and offer us magazines. Granddaughter spotted Spin magazine and wanted it so we placed the order for her. Rep told us we would recieve the mag. in 6 to 8 weeks. The order was placed on 9-25-09. They cashed the check the same week for $52.00 for 24 issues. We waited the amount of time, NOTHING so I called the first time, was told it will be arriving around the end of Nov. or the first couple of weeks of Dec. NOTHING. Placed a call again to the company, told they would check with the publishers and get it sent out soon. Another month or so goes by and NOTHING. Call the company again, told we should have started recieving the magazines back in Dec. they will contact the publishers and return my call. NOTHING Again, no call back from the company. Did get a complimenty copy from American Circulation Enterprises, Inc. Now its the middle of March and still no magazines so I call the company yet again to inquire and was told the Manager of the company just gave them the money to place the order last week. Done with it I have requested the return of my money and ask it be returned within 6 months. WILL NEVER AGAIN HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IF THEY KNOCK ON THE DOOR SLAM IT THEIR FACES.
