American Computer Supplies overbilling for defective products without guarantee of quality Ripoff Los Angeles California
I only began dealing with this company about 2 months ago. A previous employee had been lured into dealing with them based on a free gift card to a store of choice (Target,Home Depot, etc.) When I recieved the 2 initial toner cartridges, it was several weeks before they were needed to be used. Within 2 days of putting them in the printers, they began to fail. Called company, they said they do not do exchanges. Of course I had already paid their outrages $80.00 bill for the bad tonercartridges.
But then within the next 2 weeks, I recieved 2 more black toner cartridges, with only a phone call from someone saying they were going to make good on the first
The biggest slap in the face is the new $239.19 bill I just got for the second set...FOR 2 TONER CARTRIDGES ON A LEXMARK Z515! That is outrages! Called company again, they billed wrong...and so on and so on. Now, they are going to correct the invoice, take back the 2 bad toner cartridges, and pay for the shipping back to them.
I do not recommend that anyone be lured into using these people. I hope they do make good on everything, but it is just not worth it!! Go to Office Depot...or anywhere else to buy your toner. They do not work well, or last longer, and the prices are triple what you pay elsewhere.
