American Credit Services - Clay Allison #1 - Bruce Allison #2 stated that I owed money Said Was California
This is a another ripoff report to American Credit Services. Clay Allison first called stated he was a lawyer and was to collect a debt for Quick cash and Advance. He then preceded to call me names such as a money launderer, skipping on my payments and others and he wanted to start 3000 dollars. or it was going to be turned into the court for trial. Then when I told him that I was no such thing and I wanted copies of the this paper work.
He then turned it over to a Bruce Jones and he also stated he was a lawyer and came across with the same story with the difference of it came down to 866.32 and a apology letter with 166.32 up front and 700 on my pay day.with a debit card. Told him ok but I wanted a copy of the papers and he also refused to supply them except when they are paid. I sent them the apology letter but no money thru fax.
I thought about it and looked up these companies and they all state that every thing would be done by arbitration and you would be notified if any thing was wrong with your account. Both of these men were Indian and to start there is a lot of talking noise in background and then it gets silent. Hope someone soon catches these people.
