My insurance company paid off my ambulance bill in full 1927.89. I was making monthly payments on the bill until my insurance from the VA paid off the bill. I paid a total 814.32, I have been calling this company for over 2 weeks to get my refund.
I have been getting the runaround as to when my refund will be sent out. I have been told by a customer service center, which is a call center in the phillipines, which is terrible with getting any information from this call center that I would be contacted by a patient advocate team over 5 times with the most recent call being today on October 30, 2017 at 9:12 AM. No one had ever called me once. I am trying to patient with this company but it seems very poorly run. I have no choice but to file a small claims against this company in local court to get my refund.
