American Mortgage Aid is a complete rip off. Richard Martin is a sleazy scam artist. Every word out of his mouth is a lie. This company is in the business of selling R.E.S.T. reports and nothing else. They never contacted my mortgage company. They didn't return calls, and finally, their lines were disconnected.
Leah Sims and Anthony Canal seemed decent enough, but they, along with Richard Martin disappeared once they got my $900. The parent company is "Mortgage Alert, dba Interactive Design Technologies"; 1810 E. Sahara Ave, Ste. 100, Las Vegas, NV 89104.
They advertised heavily on radio stations focusing on real estate, and they are nothing but lying frauds. They prey on people in financial difficulty. Steer clear of these dirt bags. They wasted my time, stole my money, and almost caused me to lose my home. I hope they get their just deserts.
