American Pet Transport They required life insurance $1375 and then another $2000 for crate and vaccine for shipping STATE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CITY WASHINGTON District of Columbia
The Breeder set up the shipment that they apparently use. They advertised that all shipping was free. Then the shipping company sent me an email and asked me to purchase a life insurance for an exotic animal (a persian kitten). It was to be refunded upon delivery of the kitten. Then the next day they wanted me to pay almost another $2000 for a crate and vaccine for continued shipping to Panama City Beach.
At this point no one is contacting me at all.
Please help me with this problem.

There is no kitten and STOP buying kittens when there are so many waiting to be adopted!
