All above is true. I was quoted a much lower price, 900.00, then when the movers finished my total was 1500.00, not including the insurance you have to get on the web because they don't offer insurance. Which the insurance is another scam. Anyway, they used my packing tape, charged me for their packing materials, and went off with 4 rolls of my packing tape, which a 6-pack cost over 20.00. I was to receive my shipment 10 business days later in Fla and it came 17 days later! They offer no information as to when your items are arriving and they don't even know where they are there is no tracking of your shipment, costing me 2 wks worth of working time, because if you are not available when the movers arrive, their contract says you have to pay 40.00/hr per man. I have a job that I just can't leave when they arrive. They only call the day before. The mover came and my 500.00 bike was shrink wrapped as such that the handlebars were hyperextended and I had to get it repaired. My pictures came loose from their frames, and when I tried to put a claim in on my vcr with the insurance company I had no recourse on the movers negligence, because the insurance company expects you to unpack your goods in front of the movers and try your electronics out in front of them so you can see if they work, even though Martin Chung told me that if the item is PBO (packed by owner) it is still covered as a concealed item, or something like that, you just have to let the insurance company know this, well, that is not how it works, the mover didn't even sign the form when I received shipment, they got done at 9pm at night and he told me that I had to hurry even though I was going over my belongings to make sure all was good, because he had to be in Miami, so I was working in the dark as well.

Aside from the fact I thought I was never to see my belongings again because they were late and they had no time frame to tell me where they were, when I called daily, they told me they were in Georgia then I learned 3 days before the 17 day late time that my belongings were still in CHICAGO!!! Now I can't even get paid for my waiting time even though I called the insurance company while my belongings were in Chicago to get information on this actio, they were already late and I was told that I would be covered for some money back because my items didn't arrive on time. Martin Chung doesn't answer my emails and their info email address no one is responding to my emails there to get reimbursed for my waiting time because my shipment was late. All this company did was lie and the scary thing is I looked them up on the BBB online and they had a good record, obviously not enough people have reported anything to the BBB and what good is the BBB to consumers when no one reports a company? I should have went with my first choice, which I was recommended to them, but I did not go with them because AMerican Pro was cheaper, I guess you get what you pay for - I recommend:

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
