If your company doesn't believe in misleading or ripping off, then why does your company do BOTH, per the outstanding number of AVL's misled, ripped off, dis-satisfied customers?
Why doesn't AVL reps. tell inquiring potential customers upfront that AVL is only broker company?
Why is the company name: "American Van Lines" when it is not a van line transporting company?
Why does AVL's website advertise that AVL offers a "smooth move" when AVL does not even do the moving?
Why does AVL reps. insist there is only one low rate, then after the contract is secured, the cost is increased, increased, and increased again?
Why does AVL's website feature AVL trucks, yet AVL doesn't tell customers that they sub-contract to actual moving companies?
Why does AVL maintain sub-contracting with various devious companies despite all the similar devastating customer complaints?
Why, when there are problems, does AVL keep customers on hold and/or they pass customers around, and never address the problems?
Why doesn't AVL return customers' calls?
Why doesn't AVL tell customers about changes or keep their customers informed of anything?
Why does the AVL claims dept. honor less than $200 for claims either hundreds OR thousands of dollars in damages?
MUST AVL BE SO LOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY, SICKLY, SINGLE PARENTS WITH CHILDREN, AND PEOPLE WITH LOW INCOMES TOO?
Doesn't AVL combined even have an ounce of decency?
Once deposits are secured, AVL does not care about the devastating situations they cause for their customers! Everyone connected with AVL has abandoned their consciences!
Believe this, AVL: there IS a HIGHER POWER that knows ALL!..............................................................

If there was any issue with the relocation, we have a customer service department that is highly trained and could have assisted you in the matter. While we will love to further assist you in this matter, we do not have sufficient information to revise your parents move with us.
