America's Vacation Rentals - James Michael Robbins Et. All - America's All In One Real Estate Services Mike Robbins is CEO of AVR. Since Feb 06 he has continued to not pay the people working for him at AVR. Promising lots, delivering nothing. It appears he is stealing from the company & others ripoff Mesa Arizona
Robbins agreed to follow the Laws of the state of AZ regarding Real Estate practices when he approched me in mid March.
I mandated that AVR follow all rules and guidelines to ensure the safety of my license.
Robbins would not submit to doing the correct thing in bookkeeping and accounting for the necessary state requirements and paid what he decided was good enough. Robbins never kept a Brokers Trust account and hid considerable amounts of income. I uncovered this information while I was doing my own accounting of the recent transactions and found that Robbins had taken in near $90,000.00 gross fees (approx $22,000.00 net fees) and only showed $8,900.00 as net fees of which he paid checks to those who had operated under his direction for over 6 weeks less than $200.00
When a demand was placed upon Robbins to produce the accounting docs, he would not do it. I resigned my position immediately and filed a 40 page complaint with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
Uncovering Robbins's deceit and lies to those employeed by AVR and those whom he convinced to do business with AVR has caused Robbins to turn and run! He shut down operations at 3850 E Baseline, STE 120 in Mesa AZ. He is trying to continue operations under the name America's All in One Real Estate Co. Jeff Gross = Broker use to be the Broker for AVR of whom I replaced.
Robbins declared in the interview that Gross was lazy and not determined enough to facilitize what was needed to complete the project of AVR, yet, they are a team again?
Either Robbins is a great con-artist and Jeff has no understanding of it or... Gross is as crooked as Robbins?
Currently standing is the compalint with the ADRE. A demand for wages from the wage and labor commission, and a call for payment with the county Justice of the Peace for Independant Contracting performed at AVR by myself and another associate.
If you have any considerations of working for Robbins, Gross, AVR, America's All in One Real Estate Svc... I caution you about the future you might have as it is being challenged and you might be out of business before you get started in it!
