I arrived home from being out of town for work for the past 3 months.

I checked my gas first thing when I got home and seen that I have only 13% left.

I called
AmeriGas and Informed them I need a delivery as soon as possible.

The customer service rep, RYAN, stated that it would be 3-10 days.

I told him there is no way 13% will last 10 days. He said he would note how much I had and they would be out soon. After five days of freezing and the house getting into the 40's. I called to see when they were going to be out here.

That's when they informed me if it were a emergency they would be there that day.

But it will cost me $200.00 AND because my gas RAN OUT, they would need to charge to flush the lines.. Every time I called I got the run around. And it almost seemed like no one knew what they were talking about. And when I would request to talk to a manager, they would also give me the run around on that. They have very poor communication skills between themselves and the customer. And they lack big time in customer service. It took 9 days to receive the gas. But it only took 10 min the first phone call to take the money they needed.  I had to go 5 days with no shower, no heat. Bottom line. I would much rather pay the extra money to a company who can contact you back and have the gas delivered in a reasonable time frame. Before ever giving
AmeriGas another dime that they dont deserve.

I find it extremely humorous that they advertise on there website there 24/7 Emergency services. When clearly they are not in any real rush to make it too you. You could indeed be freezing to death, but they have "so much to do" How about this
AmeriGas. If you are In fact that busy, why not hire more drivers? Ohh yeah i forgot, cause thats common sense and logic, something your company obviously lacks... Money hungry jerks.

While you were away for 3 months... I assume someone was shoveling the snow and the heat was on. Maybe you should place the blame on whoever let it get down to 13%. $200 for an emergency fill up sounds fair to me. Folks who scheduled ahead have to be put back for you.
