Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Ameriquest Mortgage driving us into foreclosure with unresponsive/incompentent customer service! Our good faith attempts to meet our debts were serviced with unreturned telephone calls, misleading information, and clerical "errors" resulting in our account being recorded as delinquent. Payments made but not accepted, Check by phone refused, another check by phone entered for hundreds of dollars more than payment required. More.

It is our sincere desire to make our payments, but the policies of Ameriquest seem designed to make this impossible!

We believe this shoddy servicing of our account is deliberate strategy on the part of Ameriquest in order to foreclose on our property. My reading on Rip-Off report and other research confirms my suspicions.

We are consulting an attorney. We are interested in hearing from other Ameriquest/AMC injured parties in the state of GA.

I would be intrested in contacting Dorothy from Duluth to compare notes on AMC Mortgage Services practices, I understand that there is already a class action suite which I am in catagory A and have already been contacted but I do not want to sign the action accepting the settlement that they will offer, my damages will be far beyond what they will offer me. I have information not only concerning AMC Mortgage Services, Ameriquest, but also Safeco Insurance Company taken over by American Security Insurance Company. Consumers need to be aware of these changes within the company and know that if they agree to this class action they may be giving up certain rights to their affiliates. Dorothy, I would be most intrested in speaking with you and sharing further information that may help your case. Please see my Ripoff Report for valuable info posted on 07/07/2007.

Protect your home now and go Chapter 13 right away...at least protect your home!!!! While under protection, then you can file your lawsuits. Do a google search on Dateline OCWEN lawsuit and read how they had the same strategy...and lost a class action suit. Also...do a google search on Ameriquest Plead Guilty and you will see they are losing lawsuits for fraud nationwide...and got kicked out of Connecticut for their shady antics...and are being sued in 26+ states. Good luck.
