AMC is harrassing us and threatening forclosure, they have bought us homeowners insurance at the cost of twice what ours is, have held payments in suspense because they added fees without telling us so the payments ended up not being enough to cover the mortgage, they ave sent us in as being late to the credit reporting agencies because they say they havent recieved payments that were sent western union overnight with reciepts, now they are paying my taxes early( i pay my own and do not escrow) and telling me I have to pay them back.

On Sept. 24 a phone call with them explained we were in default because they paid 1100.00 taxe payment on our behalf in Aug. because our taxes are deliquent. then told me I had to add 870.00 per month to my already 2200.00 a month payment to escrow my future tax payments. Now keep in mind #1 my taxes are not due till December 31st, and 870 per month is 10,440.00 per year to cover a 2023.00 per year tax bill, THAT IS NOT EVEN DUE YET!

I called the Anne Arundle County Tax and Assesment department and they show no record of a 1100.00 payment being made on my behalf from anyone. So i Called AMC tax dept. and they tell me that they also payed my water bill from the previous year, while this person is telling me this im holding in my hand a certified reciept showing that this bill was paid by me in full 9 months ago. Then i am told that if i can fax over all this proof they will review it and decide if they want to stop the escrow but there are no promises that they will, and telling me in the mean time i need to include the extra 870.00 in my payment that is due in 6 days or they will hold my payment in suspense and start forclosure proceedings.

These people give no answers and do what ever they feel like doing, my credit is ruined my mortgage has gone up 520.00 3 months ago, now they want another 870.00 they would not refinance me as promised when i got the original loan, there making me pay there homeowners insurance at twice the rate of my own through my own company, I cant afford anymore.

Oh and the loan rep MR. Lev Lewis forged half my docs when doing the original loan such as income statement and bank statements along with an inflated appraisal. NOTE: this forced escrow started as soon as i returned the papers to the Attorney General for the Class Action suit.

I have to this day recieved any signed documents from my settlement and the good faith cut sheets deffered alot fom my settlement paperwork wich they rushed on through on a friday evening so i didnt even get to read the docs. it was do it then fast or not at all, i needed to get this done as the seller requested. I do have a 100,000 equity in my house i guess they want that too.
