When a customer signs up for our program and accepts the offer the credit card they have to go through a recorded verification process where all the terms and conditions are stated to them. They are also asked more that once if they understand and agree to all the terms and conditions. That is Ameritrust Financial Merchant Catalog Finance Account. As far as the Presidents Council goes that is the only way that we can go in and do a through investigation on each individual account. The recordings have to be pulled along with our quality control department to make sure that we did not do anything unlawful. That does take time. We tell every individual that sends in a letter to the Presidents Council that if the customer is due a refund they will recieve a refund and it will be deposited directly back into their bank account. We would however need more information so we can check into this individual's account. That would either be a full name or the 7 digit Id# they were assigned at the time of purchase.
