The complaints filed here on Amy's Floral are over two years old and in no way are representative to the current owner.
Since these complaints were filed back in 2000, the company has been bought twice. I can assure you that the current owner has no interest in participating in any tax-dodging, and certainly has no intention of maliciously underpaying her employees. We keep accurate records of all our payroll and sales, and contribute to state and federal funds according to law.
It is unfortunate that any employer would withold money from an employee unlawfully for their own financial gain. I can assure you that this will never happen here at Amy's Floral while under the ownership of Patrice Castaneda and Rachel Conner.
