Hi Laura. I know what you mean about companies like this, they can really put a damper on our trust of the internet. Fortunately, it sounds like they are billing to your credit card. If ancestry.com isn't helping you on the phone, I would suggest just calling your bank and disputing all charges from that company. That will end of hurting the company and getting your money back. Credit card's are actually the safest form of payment on the internet because your credit card company will stand with you should you have a valid dispute - and it sounds like you do. :)
