The Andover, Massachusetts Police Department may be robbing and murdering escorts that work in the town of Andover, Massachusetts. The following link, and article appear in the Andover Townsmen Newspaper.

I believe that this woman may have been murdered by the Andover Police after being robbed, and resisting the Andover Police Department's attempt to violate her civil rights.

The Andover Police Department is an example of inbred nepotism at it's worst. Virtually all of the officers and detectives that work for the Town Of Andover are related by blood or marriage. Therefore, are reasonably comfortable viloating the law without fear of recourse.

"Police seek ID for murdered, burned woman; Rings may identify her By Rebecca Piro

The identity of the young woman whose body was found burned off Route 125 near the North Reading line Sunday morning is still a mystery to police.

Members of the Andover Police Department met with District Attorney Kevin Burke Tuesday to discuss the investigation, which still has not turned up solid suspects or leads, says Sgt. Don Pattullo, an Andover detective.

"It would help greatly if we could identify the girl," he says.

The victim is described as a white female with brown and reddish hair, aged less than 20 years old, weighing 116 pounds and standing 5 feet seven inches tall. Police have a ring worn by the woman. She was also found wearing a red tube top, brown or black Lycra stretch pants, a red windbreaker jacket, platform shoes and a purse that was lined with red and white polka dots.

Her fingernails and toenails were painted red and she had a pierced belly-button with two clear stones attached.

The victim was discovered by Andover firefighter Salvatore DeNaro and fire Lt. Barry Thornton, who responded to put out a brush fire. When the flames subsided, the firefighters realized they were looking at a body wrapped in both plastic and a rug. Police say the female was likely murdered somewhere else and then driven to Andover where the body was dumped and burned.

Results of an autopsy were scheduled to be ready Tuesday, but the district attorney's office is not planning to release the cause of death, to protect the integrity of the investigation, says spokesman Steve O'Connell.

"The investigation is on two different tracks right now," he says. "We're trying to find out her identification and pursue a homicide case."

O'Connell declined to comment on whether the detectives have interviewed any witnesses. Pattullo says the Andover department has received numerous phone-call inquiries about the case, some from as far as New Jersey and New York. "We've had people... and police officers looking for missing people, checking to see what (the female's) description is." Despite the number of calls, police have turned up "nothing solid yet," he adds.

Andover detectives Bill Wallace and Pat Keefe are also working on the case. Anyone with information can call Andover police at 978-475-1279 or 978-475-1212, or call the state police at 978-745-8908 or 508-820-2121."
