Andy West creates companies that he states will solve "some problem". He says he is looking for cerative people to accomplish these goals - for example New Century Living and solutioneur.com.
He will create a video that he personally narates and then he will start having meetings and envite people to the to help "solve the propblem". BUT actually what he is doing is taegeting the people that have the money...
He did this in Austin TX with his gay lover Erik, they had an office in Austin on 4th Street unitl becoming 6 months behind on their rent. Then they moved the operation to Dallas to an abandonded church and proceeded to steel another $390,000. They again were eveicted for non payment of their rent. Eric and Andy got into a quoral and Andy West moved on to continue his quest for creating fake companies for people to invest in.
NEVER GIVE ANDY WEST OR ERIK KEELER of Austin TX / Dallas TX any money - you can google people that have been ripped off by Andy West - and the SEC has it at 29 people as of 2013 totalling $1.8 Million.

All of the statements above in re: the Realtor Josh are false. Proof is easily obtainable by calling TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) or by doing a search on their website. License #616090
Again, the statements about Josh, which is me, are completely false. I have never been sued. No complaints have ever been filed against me. I or anyone in my family have never filed for or attempteed to file for bankruptcy. Very strange to have come across this random comment on a post I have nothing to do with in any way. I have no connection to this post other than my name being dropped and attached to easy-to-prove lies.

I helped with the representation of Andrew West in this matter. I am not an attorney. This entire controversy was a Texas matter. The question was "did Andrew West mislead anyone or provide any misleading information? That was the question. After 11 hearings, no charges or even any suggestions ggestion of charges existed for Mr. West. The "Cease and Desist Order" from TX was followed and no wrong doing was found. Andrew West has no criminal record. He works with ambitious entrepreneurs, some are authentic, some are not. I think some of this negative crap is just from people who aren't ambitious, but just lazy.

Josh Nasdo is a Former Realtir in Austin, Texas. His Realtor Lucense was revoked because of numerous claims including accepting deposits on properties he did not represent. He also started SocialEarthRealty.com with his Father Mike Masso that invested and lost $200,000 on the venture. Josh has harassed many people online with grand, delusional stories. He posted this report to cover his tracks because he has been sued many times. His new business went bankrupt and he is no longer allowed to practice real estate in Texas. He is now attending Austin Community College and supported by his Father. Josh has been arrested for selling drugs and has recently been evicted from two properties. He posted this childish complaint about two people he has never met. He told me about it before he did it. He is friends with Roy Mullin, another misfit that lurks online trying to blackmail people. Josh is from McCallen, Texas. If you are in Austin, beware. Josh Masso is apparently still acting like a Realtor WITHOUT a license. He posts frequently on Craigslist.
