Hello to all that read this. I have noticed over recent weeks that more people are actually voicing their experiences here with these guys.

Let me explain a little about what occurred with myself.

I was assisting a few projects about 4 years ago seeking funding, as I have been involved in assessing projects for a number of years. They invited me to bring a client and meet them in Philippines. (Bearing in mind that at this time they were operating under Newbridge Capital a change from Universal Corporate Consulting) Which is what I did, my clients were solid and had a very bankable project. We already had 3 good funding offers but decided to see what was to be on offer with these guys. And being in Australia, Philippines was not to far.

Well I attended a meeting with them prior to my clients arrival, they on the surface appeared to be some what versed on a method of funding. Although very rough it seemed a reasonable process, again here they strongly mentioned no costs whatsoever. Anyway at the meeting Anthony (Supposed Oppenheim now - who also used Tony, Peter White and countless other names) and Al (who is Eyal Dulin) were in and out of the meeting. Just to make it look as they were busy.

Cut a long story short it was an absolutely unimpressive meeting Al opening his mouth with useless information and Anthony also reciting words. They stated they could fund and will have a Letter of Interest to them in a few days. During this time is when I had received a call from my researchers back in Australia who gave the complete run down on who these guys were. I informed my clients and decided to play the game. We wanted to get as much about these guys as possible. Anyway the LOI was given my clients made it look as they were interested and would think about it, but in fact we had already accepted an offer from the UK. (And yes costs needed to be paid somewhere in the vicinity of US$45,000) It appeared these guys were impressed and asked if I could go to America with them to assist in meetings. I did and thats when I understood more, several brokers I discussed with were unhappy I tried to advise them of the group. Also each project that was seen was handled like a pre-school class. They asked me to complete an assessment in Oregon and this is where I made great friends with a Project who had literally lost everything I would say in excess of US$120,000. The knowledge I have now of these guys is enormous. They are just the lowest form of individual on the planet.

I have already begun with several people in the USA,Australia, Japan and India to gather as much documentation and information to lodge with authorities and the highest possible courts.

If any of you would like to know they were just in Greece doing the same thing and I believe they are using a Mr George. Who I believe is in on their game.

I would greatly appreciate discussing matters further. As in all honesty Atlanta and the authorities have not done a great deal. It is time a mass amount of information is provided and bypass some authorities. As there have been complaints made and never any action. It is time now.

I know this is long but I am just explaining myself.

I hope to here more. I believe the administrators will have a way for us to communicate with each other shortly.

Are David G. Key and Marcus G. Asay con men? You decide. Go to the Fresno County Superior Court Family, Probate, and Small Claims website (use your favorite search engine to find it) and run a search for Virtual Cubed or Marcus W. Asay. You will see several judgements filed against Asay and Virtual Cubed. David Key was the CEO/President of Virtual Cubed. Also note that Virtual Cubed was Matchstorm Studios prior to the name change. You may also want to run a Google search for Jesusa "Suzy" Cantorna who was a major investor in Virtual Cubed / Matchstorm Studios. Whether she was a victim or willing participant is also up to you to decide. From what the searches return, it looks like Cantorna's business and ethical practices are also questionable. As for Asay being VP of the Fresno Falcons, this is an absolute lie. Asay worked as a Marketing Consultant for the Falcons and was listed as such on their website. A recent check revealed that Asay was removed from the website and may no longer be with the Falcons organization. David Key still maintains a website for his Digital Steel company which he runs out of his apartment. He is hoping to raise 20 million in order to get it off the ground. Before you sign any checks over to him, ask for a tour of any facilities. Are you buying into a brick and mortar company or just an idea? I urge any potential investors to conduct due diligence on David Glen Key and Marcus Webb Asay or anyone else offering a business opportunity. The facts presented about Asay, Key, and Virtual Cubed are a matter of public record. I understand that there is an inherent risk in any investment, but are you willing to risk your capital on someone like Key and Asay? What business background does Key actually have besides being CEO of company that went belly up and left several employees and creditors without their just compensation? You have been warned.

Hey Anthony, why does it say Atlanta and Fresno under your name? Maybe you're too stupid to see that or maybe you are Anthony from Atlanta. Whoever "Anthony" is, obviously doesn't know business. David Key and Marcus Asay are not only successful, but they have nothing to do with Anglo Investments and the scams that Anthony Tobin is doing in Atlanta. David Key lives in California and is currently very successful and is revolutionizing the steel industry. If anyone knows how to contact David, let me know!! I'll invest in him. Last I heard, Marcus Asay is currently VP of the Fresno Falcons professional hockey team. So, what do they have to do with Anglo...NOTHING. If Marcus did something wrong, then take him to court! It appears that the previous rebuttal is Anthony from Anglo Investments venting his frustrations. Anthony is obviously running from a lot of people who he ripped off. I hope he gets caught. Anthony...get a real job!!

Perhaps Mr. Key would like to explain the whole Virtual Cubed disaster where he and Marcus Asay were able to "pursuade" investors to dump thousands of dollars into their revolutionary "steel framing" business. Maybe he'll tell you how he took one investor for over 1 million dollars and left several employees with unpaid wages. Of course, David himself was too smart to leave himself directly liable for anything. Instead he left Asay holding the bag. Just type in Asay and run the search. You'll see that this guy is very popular in the court. FYI Matchstorm Studios was the prior business name these guys used before they became Virtual Cubed in order to ditch their creditors. Key served as the CEO/ President of the company and was intrumental in its downfall. A leader, talented business man, and honest person he is not and I'd be willing to wager that we'll see him on America's Most Wanted before he'll ever make it onto Business Week or Inc. Magazine. I'll give him this, the man is a good talker, most con artists are. I can't believe David Key has the audacity to continue his con here in Fresno especially after he affected so many lives negatively. Kesty... Reading your response is like getting your first gift at Xmas time. I am very interested in discussions with you, and for you to show proof that it was in fact Anglo American Investments who assisted you. Remember one thing there is a genuine Anglo American who I can contact to confirm as well. If you are sure that US$15 Million was given then you have no concerns in allowing the authorities to validate all that you claim. And the reason for this is due to the hundreds and thousand that have been ripped off by these people. And the authorites would also like to see a completed deal. You have very plainly stated you were genuinely assisted and provided you details. So I have already begun checks on this. You can get in touch with me or respond accordingly here. Assuming that you are not willing to provide this information or allow the authorities to validate then I am afraid you may become part of their scandal or ripping people off. I am not a person to hide behind fake names, or change business names. Nor do I need to act like a lender. In fact my knowledge in the financial industry is far greater than Anthony (Tony, Peter, or whatever) or his henchman will ever have. Also all my business transactions are genuine and can be proven. It is called legality and transparency. So if you were funded by them allow the authorities to validate.

We accidentally come across your website forum with so many postings about this company and wish to contribute to it. We are actual project owners of Record and not middlemen or intermediaries. Incidentally I wonder that if we had seen this kind of website forum in 2005 maybe we would have thought twice as most of you are saying; or maybe not becuase for us we were determined to go all out till the end. Having said this therefore, let it be known also to you good ladies and gentlemen out there that, Anglo American Investments has not done all the bad as alleged and claimed on this website forum. They have done good also and we are living testimony of their good investment in our business in April 2005. Our company name is ASHUCHA PVTE LTD, we are based in Nevis, West Indies, we are property owners on the island and within the territory as well as incorporated reverse capital mergers, another part which is administered by my other partners. Anglo American's investment maybe not big but to us for a rescue package a sum of $15,000,000.00 (Fifteen Million United States Dollars) on our property books this was indeed a big boost for us which immediately placed us on healthy footing and from where we are able to develop towards bigger plans within the region today. I would not want to bore you reading our posting but, welcome to contact us off this board in a good way, where we can and given the time, I might assist you and show you the same way we experienced and the path we took that came through successfully with this investment group so you too can realise your winning package today. Finally we do not wish to become part of the continuous internet postings about the Anglo American Investment group, but hope my small imput will resurrect your wish to becoming more practically focus and to becoming serious and idealistically successful businessmen and women in your future plans.
