Headstart Entertainment, Legendary Entertainment, Granite Springs Corporation, Animation

Development have scammed many many investors.  They have not paid the returned on

their UNREGISTERED SECURITIES they are selling.  IRA Warren whose real name is IRA

Warkol is related to Doug Warr.  Interesting they proport not to be involved with one

another though--yet they are related!  If you don't believe it, look it up on the internet. 

You must use IRA Warren's real name IRA Warkol in order to find this out though! 

How has Headstart been doing any operations since 2007?  Animation Development Co

started in 2007 when Headstart was winding down.  Interesting how the names just keep changing the names of the companies but they are all doing the same thing.  Selling

animation properties like Da Jammies, Z Force, and many others.  Animation

Development website is not working any longer, why?  All the bad press on the internet?  They have tried to start other properties, but not sure where that will go as they have

not been able to get a trademark.

If they have a deal and it sounds really great and especially that it will pay off soon and

they state you must send them a cashier's check right away--BEWARE.

Are you receiving your Private Memorandum Placements and information about the

companies via Federal Express or other overnight mail and not through U. S. Mail?  Why is that?  Many people have been prosecuted for Mail Fraud even using the other forms of

mailing.

If you have invested, the only way you might get something back is to FIGHT BACK.  File with the

Attorney General's office in your state and the State of CA and State of NEVADA since they are

registered in NEVADA, file with the Telemarketing Fraud Victim Call Center, file with the FBI Scam department, file with IRS as taxes would be owed on the investment monies they have bought 

in and by all means file with the Deparment of Corporations in CA to stop them from doing business in CA and file with the Security and Exchange Commission in CA.  The authorties are listening!

They are trying to pay off people to take their bad postings down off the internet.  A few bad

post are not going to hurt a legimate company!

1) If the company is truly legitimate, let them open their books to investors and show them how the investment monies are being spent

2) The company is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission

3) Sales people that work for the company are not using their real names. Why? The sales people do not have a license to sell these un-registered securities

4)Some of the same sales people that worked for Legendary Entertainment and Headstart Entertainment are also or have worked for Animation Development Co. (both Legendary Entertainment and Headstart Entertainment have not paid off on their promises ---those companies were also selling unregistered securities and animation properties)

5) ADC has been selling unregistered securities under the name (ADC) Animation Development Co LLC since 2007 and I have not heard of any investors receiving a return on the investments as promised.

6) File with the Attorney General in your state; the Attorney General in State of Ca; and also the Securities and Exchange Commission

7) Why do they rush to get the investor to invest andthey tell the prospective investor "youmust get into this investment as "something big" is about to happen".They usually communicate via Federal Express or an overnight service, not the U.S. Postal Service, why?

8) They send DVD's, newsletters of promises and have they yet kept their word on theBIG returns promised.

9) BEWARE of thisor any company like this that makes hugh promises and promise of quick returns--Do not accept cold calls on this investment or get in through a friend or family member. You will get burned!

10) Please file a complaint if you have invested as this may be the only way you might get some type of return on your investment.
