antenna deals thay sold us a antenna for $69.95 that did not work we want a refund but thay refuse to answer us flint Texas
we paid for a antenna that was to pick up tv channels from as far a way as 150 miles and that is what ther ad said had video and every thing to prove there point.when we got the antenna on on october 15 2013 i put it up on the roof and came back down to try it out but not mutch happend we got a glimps of a pic,for a min or so and then it was gone so back up on the roof and try to turn antenna it has a moterized hear ...not it never turned.i had to turn it and still no pic and if it did get a pic it only lasted 5 min at most we live in a area a way from town and it will not pic up the local station withc is 10 miles a way there is no way it would ever pick up any chanel up to 150 miles as thay claim it will not pick up a channel 10 miles a way i think this company knew thay were ripping off honest people like us and every one else and thought thay would not get caught .and its ok to take some ones money and not give them what thay paid for and leave them with a $70.00 box of junk that thay can not use all i want is my money back so i can buy a real antenna that will work .i never wanted to file a report but thay leave you no other option i have tried to contact them but nothin no answer so like the rest of the people thay ripped off im stuck filling out a report in hopes that i can get some thing from this im not sending the $70.00 piece of junk back till thay respond to some thing ..or than thay have my money and the product so any thing that could be done to help me get a refund would be great thank you
