I ordered and received an HD antenna from Antenna Deals. This antenna did not work for me in my location. I returned it; it was delivered to Antenna Deals on October 17. Many emails back and forth, some of which were nasty on their part; they are refusing my refund. I've since contacted the BBB in Tyler, TX. The BBB called me and said they have had many complaints on that company and Antenna Deals does not respond to communications from the BBB. The BBB advised me to seek reimbursement via Pay Pal.
