AOL DOES NOTHING BUT LIE !!!!! Jacksonville Florida
I had written the Dept of Justice here in NC regarding the unfair practices of AOL...I received a reply back from them which was a letter from AOL.
The individual from AOL ( Paul Ambs) did nothing but lie to them. He stated that I had not called AOL to cancel in Feb, which I had contacted them TWICE about it.
I then went to my bank and stopped anymore debits which he made mention in the letter and of course I would take such action since they debited my account when they told me I had free access with them.
I am still fighting AOL and have written back to the Dept of Justice and informed them of the misstatements from the supervisor at AOL.
I will never have any thing more to do with AOL and will always tell people how they treat customers.....UNFAIR !!!!!!
