After calling my bank and getting the hard facts, I called the number listed on the charges. Told them exactly what happen, and how those charges were unauthorized, and was told that a refund would be made in 10 business days. The phone automated system you initially get doesn't allow you to talk to a representative at first. You have to press 1, then 2, wait for further instructions, then press 2(time to wait). You'll be transferred to billing (more waiting), then you can tell this person about the charges. Remember to get the name of person you spoke to and their ID number.
