Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I paid them $500.00 in Oct 2008,faxed them all the information needed and after 3 weeks tried to call to see what my status was. I was told that the person I was working with initially was no longer with the company and a new person was handling my account. I left several voice mails for the person and didnt get a response. I finnally got an email from their company from a new person that said they were handling my account now.

I requested a refund in Jan 2009 and said he would contact his supervisor. So after waiting a couple of weeks and no response I filed a complaint with the BBB and their response was that they didn't receive all the requested paperwork from me and that they would only refund $400.00. So after another 2 weeks of trying to contact them and request they mail a check to me they left a message to leave my credit card information and they would credit my account. Do now its almost 3 weeks later and nothing yet and when I call all I get is the voice mail. Their website looks impressive for what they do but they wont even contact me by phone or US Mail. Ive worked retail and have know it doesnt take this long to credit my account.

I felt lucky if I was going to get at least a $100.00 back but looks like nothing. As far a I am concerned they are a sham and made all kinds of excuses for their poor service and just took my money and hats all they were conserned about. So I will continue to try all ways that are available to me to try and get my money back.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, April 07, 2009

I'm very sorry for anyone that was ripped off by A2S. I'm working with the Federal Trade Commission and doing everything I can to bring them down and get the victims compensation. You can read my post today on scam.com, but if you would, please help our case by contacting the FTC at 1.877.FTC.HELP and filing an individual complaint. I am a former employee and am bringing more current and past employees forward. We need help with as many homeowners contacting the FTC as soon as possible to move this case faster. You can also email me your contact info at [email protected]. I'm putting together as much information as I can to take to court. THank you...
