Aqua Sun In closing my pool last fall they did not do it correctly causing cracked pipes. Elkton Maryland
I had Aqua Sun come out to put on a new loop lock cover and blow out my pipes on my $40,000.00 pool. I did everything else but the most important part is the getting the water out of the pipes to avoid freezing and cracking. Well Their man Greg came out put the cover on and we thought took care of getting the water out of the lines. In the Spring when I went out to open the pool and once the filter was up and running I noticed a leak and crack in the pipes around the skimmer valves. I called Aqua Sun and of course they argued with me and blamed me. I fought with them all summer until August they came out put a piece of pipe in glue all over the place, and it still leaks. I called them and they said it would be man hours and cost me hourly rate money. I advised them I would not pay them for the damage they did to my pool. No one seems to be interested in helping me fight them without adding to my expense. I am single grandmother helping my daughter raise who 3 girls and with no raises at work and no overtime. I am strapped and cannot fight back. It just isn't fair.
