Arbor Pro Tree Service - Nigel Knipe Unprofessional / Threatened by wife Macedon New York
We received an estimate from Nigel (which we had to pay for). After reviewing the estimate, we scheduled the work with him.
On the agreed date, he did not show. He apologized and said he had a family emergency. That was no problem for us.
Long story short, we had five different scheduled appointments and he did not show for any of them. He would not call ahead of time to alert us. Each time he had more excuses (team got in poison ivy was the best).
We let him know that if we did not have the job completed on the next scheduled appointment, we would go elsewhere. He did not show.
We called to let me know that we did not need his services. Remember that we paid for the quote and as such, he really was not put out beyond the phone calls for scheduling.
He called later that and swore and threatened my wife. When I called him back, he would not answer or return my calls. He is totally unprofessional - stay away and do not use his services.
The good side: We went to another company, had a pleasant experience, and they were cheaper (even though we thought they wouldn't be).
