Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Ahhh, where to begin?

Well, the issues that my wife & I have with this travisty of a so-called business ("pseudo" financial intstitution) seem to be an on going - continuos, never ending day of worthless conversation.

I have read a lot of these bad reports that have been filed against this farce of a company, and after nearly experiencing Deja-Vu while reading, I realized that I am certainly ready to LEAD, or take part in the charge - We need to put some serious effort into filing a civil lawsuit against Arcadia Financial (and whoever else is directly associated, or tied to this organization - in any way, shape, or form!!), and finally get some justice here - Obviosly we will never see any money or restitution for all of the punitive damages that we have all experienced , but I think "slander" is a good enough cause or even "defamation of character"

So... Speaking of character - These Dipshit Bozo's - dressed up in their f***ing clownsuits, trying to talk to you like a backwards-a*s robot without any brains - have absolutely no class, no humility, and of course no remorse for the way they treat other fellow human beings.

Done with my tangent - Now the issue: There is no arguing that we have had some shaky times, and have been late on occasion. I was out of work for a long time, and we got behind on our payments. Back in August 2003 we did the "electronic bank draft - via check" so they would just withdraw it on the date agreed upon. We didn't think that we were going to have the funds to cover it, so we put a stop payment - Well.........5 months later we had tried to keep up (thanks to help from the old man), and I just started a great job, but only got paid once a month (car note is always due on the 22nd of each month), so we fell behind just 2 months - No biggie, we set up another "bank draft" for about $900/2 car notes, we then would be caught up..

What happened next you ask? Well, remember that "stop payment I did in Aug. 2003? Well...... that payment never did get stopped - or put through for that matter. Now the same amount from last time($900) - was the same exact amount this time in January.. I just deposited tons'o'cash in the bank, and on January 30th they took they payment - then 2 days later it showed back up in my account. Apparently a "stop payment" carries for at least six months (sorry...I am not that educated on stop payments - Because I NEVER DO THAT AS A PRACTICE FOR F***S SAKE!

I never got charged the standard $25 FEE for stopping a payment with the bank (Compass bank by the way). I think it was a nice gesture to try and protect me by not letting Arcadia have my money - but it created a tidal wave of misunderstandings & misrepresentations... Arcadia, with there brilliant minds that they have, told me that there records show that WE (my wife or I) cancelled this check..

Does anyone want to tell me why I would stop a payment while in the month of August - when the payment was for January?????? WTF?

In the end, those bastards at arcadia kept calling, harrassing, & threatening me in such a terrible "I am guilty" and "it's all our fault" way, just about sent me over the edge, while being filled with the rage of only seing RED!!!!

They left me messages after messages telling me that I needed to pay them NOW.. So what did I di - just that! I would call back to give them the money that they are DYING for, and I get an answering machine, and nobody calls me back.... Call me crazy, but...

Let me get this straight - You want $$$, I want to give you $$$, I attempt to give you the $$$ - and now you don't want it from me??

To top that off, just tonight... the repo man came by for a little visit... If you know what I mean (he was nice though... gave me his business card, and told me that when I get caught up & the car can be released - that he would bring my car back... sigh...

Thanks for ruining my life Arcadia - You can bet that I won't soon forget - Ever heard of KARMA? well......... you better look up the definition and prepare yourselves!

PEACE! REX K. AUSTIN TX.

Cheers!

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!
