I hired them to do the photography, videography,and flowers for my wedding. The photography was okay but it took two years to get my ablumbs. After many many phone calls they finally told me my album and video was ready. I went to pick them up and the album was okay and when my husband came home we were so excited to watch the video. We were also having some friends over that night so we waited till everyone was over an put it on. First off my husbands name was spelled wrong, second non of the video was edited. They just put music over the video without cutting out the noise in the background. The video was never edited it was just raw footage with music on top of it. The ootage looked like something out of the blair witch project. Nothing of the video was pleasing. I was mordified to hava a house full of people looking at this and asking if it was a joke. I then became angry. I called Arianna Studios the next day and was told I needed to speak with Jeff. I finally after many tries go in touch with him and he assured me that he would take care of it and provided me an email address to send him the issues with the video and to drop everything (The video plus the raw footage tapes) off to him the next day (which I did). He called me the next day and said he was going to have a new editor review and edit everything properly and call me in a few days. Never happened!! I called a bunch of times and then then emailed him and nothing. Finally 6 months later I was able to contact Jeff after calling speaking with Kathy and letting her know the issues she contacted Jeff who called me . He now swears that he has all the footage and gave it to the editors and was not aware that my final video was not taken care of. (Not buying it this guy always has an excuse, plus how do you run a business not following up on a problem) Informed him that if I don;t hear back from him I will be calling my lawyer and file a claim in small claims court to have my money returned on the video and contact local news stations to report this company. You trust a company to make your wedding day special and to capture all those memories. They don't have the right to ruin it especially when you pay for it. I hope this stops other people from using this company and avoid having there wedding memories ruined.
