Ken volk charges people for forms that are free from the state government. He also has no interested in helping people unless they want to break their lease. Arizona Tenants Advocates is suppose to be a non profit. ken Volk is the director. However this organization exist to to refer people to Ken Volk's for profit business which runs the break lease program. He runs a membership program that does nothing for their members with out a fee. Even though the pay a membership due.
