If you will read what was said, Frank acknowledged that what I do is legitimate. For reasons having nothing to do with my business operations, he decided not to proceed. We negotiated a settlement of $454 to be refunded, and as soon as I could afford to give him the money (within 30 days), it was indeed refunded as promised. This business is run honorably and with attention to detail. We go far beyond the call of duty to assure that casework if fulfilled. Much of what we provide to the community is free of charge. All our work is done with a social conscience, as Frank has attested. Thank you, Frank, for recognizing the hard work Arizona Tenants Advocates does for very little in return. After 16 years of giving to Arizona renters, only recently has this business started to show a profit. The fact that just one single crazy person (i.e. Beverly - not Frank) has filed a "non-retracted" complaint in ripoff report is a testimony to my dedication. This is out of over 4,000 Break Lease cases over the years (as of May 2009).

Ken Volk has told me today he will be paying me back, as he told me on m onday its just not something that happens immediately. As for the work he does it seems to be just what people need if in need for help with their lease. All will be good in the homefront once the money is refunded which i was assured would happen personally by Mr. Volk. I again got to see the caring side of Ken Volk which actually seems to be the only way he is. I recommend Arizona Tenants Advocates as a means for anyone who needs help with landlord or lease problems.
